PROJECT ABSTRACT

This study is related to the FACET (Families Controlling and Eliminating Tobacco) program of research, which focuses tobacco use in families, specifically during pregnancy and post-partum.  The primary purpose of the FACET 3 study is to facilitate knowledge to action by using knowledge translation (KT) strategies to support the implementation of innovative gender-specific tobacco reduction (TR) interventions targeting pregnant/postpartum women who smoke, and fathers that smoke. We will undertake these KT activities with the assistance of a knowledge broker (KB), and in collaboration with stakeholders (including mothers and fathers who smoke or who have reduced/quit).
