Health coaching for older adults: Recruiting study participants

COACH

Researchers have developed a new health coaching program to help people manage their health and well-being during times of quarantine, social isolation, and physical distancing (e.g., COVID-19 pandemic). The research team is looking for adults 65 years and older to participate in this free program. Dr. Brodie Sakakibara, IHLCDP Associate and Assistant Professor in UBC’s Faculty of Medicine, is leading this research study. Students from UBC’s medical program will provide the health coaching via telephone or online video-conferencing. Individuals will receive a small stipend for their participation.
