Bite-sized exercise breaks for better health

A UBCO study co-authored by Dr. Jonathan Little, Associate Professor at the School of Health and Exercise Sciences and IHLCDP Associate, was featured in Men’s Journal.  This study found that short bursts of exercise (e.g., like climbing the stairs) are an efficient way to lower insulin levels, a marker for diabetes and heart disease.
